These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArchVizs platform, including our website, applications, APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"), provided by ArchVizs Inc. ("ArchVizs", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

ArchVizs provides a multi-tenant software-as-a-service platform for creating, managing, and sharing 3D interior visualization experiences, including 360-degree panoramic room tours, product placement, and material visualization.

3. Accounts and Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription Plans and Payment

The Service offers various subscription plans, including a free tier. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you upload, create, or share through the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant ArchVizs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transfer, display, and distribute Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe any third party's intellectual property rights; (c) upload malicious code; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service; (e) use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. 7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ArchVizs and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ARCHVIZ BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
